Providing behavioral, educational, and organizational services to practitioners, administrators, supervisors, residential staff, and parents involved in the education and treatment of persons with learning and adjustment/conduct problems, developmental disabilities, and mental illness.

Director of Human Services Technologies (1997 - 1999)
Provided administrative direction and clinical supervision to the Professional Services Department, Therapeutic, Educational and Recreation Department, and Work Supports Department. Primary responsibilities included program and system development, allocation of clinical and educational resources, integration of therapeutic, educational and work support services, and coordination of agency intake procedures, ISP and service/care plans.
Director of Psychological and Professional Services (1996 - 1997)
Provided administrative direction and clinical supervision to the professional services department, coordination of agency intake procedures, service planning and accountability. The Department includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, and Psychological services.

1983 - 1988: Center for Life Management, Salem, NH

Director of Individual and Family Services (1983 - 1988)
Provided administrative and clinical supervision as well as marketing and community relations to outpatient mental health clinic as well as adolescent group home. Also provided some direct service with primary clinical focus on family and marital services as well as adolescent/child and adult individual service.

1980 - 1983: Perkins School for the Blind

Principal Psychologist (1981 - 1983)
Provided clinical supervision to unit psychologists and social workers regarding psycho-educational assessments and behavioral treatment strategies. Direct service included adjustment counseling to the adolescent population and the young adult head injured program, crisis intervention, in-service training, and psycho-educational assessment.
School Psychologist (1980 - 1981)
Provided direct clinical service to visually or multi-impaired children, ages four to fifteen. Primary focus was on behavior management, counseling, crisis intervention, and in-service training.

Clinical Training

Pre-Doctoral Training: Eunice Kennedy Shriver Center

Pre-Doctoral Fellow: 1600 hours of supervised clinical training focused on developmentally delayed, emotionally disturbed, and learning disabled children and their families. Clinical focus was on psycho-educational and behavioral evaluations, behavior management strategies, parent and school consultation and training. Significant emphasis and training was given to normal and delayed developmental issues and neurological impairment.
Post-Doctoral Supervision: Center for Life Management
3330 hours of supervised clinical training focused on adult and adolescent evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment and crisis intervention. 1650 hours were provided by a board certified psychiatrist; 1680 hours provided by a licensed psychologist.
